I've always had a good experience with them except today. I guess it's in the DNA to cheat customers when you become popular. I ordered fish big size as usual, when I took out the pieces they were looking old as they usually appear when kept in a freezer. The colour has become dark brown. This is really unacceptable as they also charged quite a high price.

Ridiculous service and behaviour . That's the reason these kind of business fail in guwahati as they dont know what customer service is!!

I ordered mutton paya from the website and paid the full amount. They delivered it in sealed package. After a while they call and say they by mistake sent 20 pieces instead of 10 pieces which was the ordered item. They said to me to keep in the refrigerator and they will send a boy to pick up the extra pieces ( haha i have no issue but look at the service ; they will take it from me and deliver it to another person THINK ABOUT THE QUALITY AND HYGIENE STANDARDS. IF THAT KIND OF ORDER IS RECIEVED BY ME HAVING GIVEN YO OTHER CUSTOMERS WHAT IS THE SAFETY PROTOCOL THAT IT IS SAFE ITEMS THAT ARE DELIVERED.

anyways ; but after that call they had sent no one to pickup and they dont even have the courtesy to call and inform what happened why they didn't sent anyone to pick up the extra pieces. Also the caller attitute was as if he orders me to keep.in refrigerator till it is picked up .

Anyways horrible experience
Hope they take it seriously and be professional about it.

After your response :
It was "sealed pack" at delivery and you asked to return the extra 10 pieces hence how that will remain sealed pack and maintain untouched for other customer that you may serve . Also bragging how many orders you have delivered till now doesnt make this unprofessional incident justified or nullify.
Also Intimating that you wont pick up or updating status is a general behaviour or basic thing that should be followed.
